Georgia doesn't **** around, I've personally seen kids getting choke slammed, held underwater, thrown into lockers and all sorts of other **** by teachers. They really don't care. I mean we still have that STAR program thing. Pretty sure we are the last state to use it since it's basically state funded child abuse.
