These aren't just clowns that people are afraid of. They are threatening violence, attempting to kidnap kids and other crimes. They are basically joker's henchmen.

No I mean there are a lot of fake stories about crimes and kidnappings and **** with the clowns. I've also seen a few that are fake as all get out that people are arguing about.
