No, it isn't. Trump relying on some kind of tragedy or war or whatever gets Americans stirred up, sentimental, and patriotic is predictable and scary. **** him no matter what.

Honestly my first thought when the news broke was not concern for the congressmen but concern for what congress or the executive branch might enact in response to it.
