The real problem here seems to be that it's okay in Texas to kill someone to recover your property (the money not the woman) even if your life isn't in danger. The circumstances are just rather bizarre in this case. Fuck Texas.

The weird thing is that prostitution is illegal in Texas last time I checked. I wonder if I can legally shoot a drug dealer who tries to run off with my cash without supplying my dope.
