They actually take work seriously and believe it's a stepping stone to greater economic and social prosperity. Black people have been kept down for so long that even if they keep their heads down to collect a check they never buy into the company propaganda and keep **** light and fun. Corporate propaganda is simply too white for black people to take seriously. And the ones who do are always the whitest.
