If youre reffering to an example I gave about my grandfather hating the Japenese, basically what I explained was that its still illogical for him to think that, there are people out there that still recognize that war is hell, and theres probably japanese that think the same way about white people. Its still a stupid way to think, but Im not going to call him out on it because he went through some shit, and its not that big of a deal for him to hold that opinion. I think it differs alot from someone who hates black people because they encountered a few rude ones.

But considering he lived in New England and rarely even had to encounter Japanese people, it probably added to his prejudice since it didnt really interfere with his life at all. If I hate Kazakstanians, I could easily hold that hatred for a long time without being challenged since I wont ever encounter one.
