So the cap and trade bill has enough votes to pass through the House. lol at the House Democrats...it more and more has me believing that the House is really a prank being pulled on all of us. If this is what his "change" bills are going to be, I can't waaaaait to see healthcare.

What is Cap and Trade?

Pretty generalized but I'm guessing you don't have much of a base to start off with so that's a start.
