I actually had to break up with this girl over religious beliefs. She didn't believe I was God.

Light agnostic. I kinda believe that there's a higher power but, don't give it a face or name. It could be a god a goddess some sort of energy IDK. It's just kinda what makes sense to me. Following structured religion just brings on **** storms of hate usually. So yeah.

I'm not quite an atheist.

I believe in some unidentified higher power that mankind cannot perceive in this exist. I also think that those that claim some sort of 'god' are actually masters in self-denial and self-hypnosis.

So call me cynical. I don't believe that mankind was created in "God's" image. So much for my Judaeo-Christian upbringing.

This is the height of religion for me, in Outkast's own words:

"Your mama's old fashioned
Your daddy don't play
You'll always be this lovely
cuz they raised you that way
Hallelujah!!
Thank ya, Jesus, thank ya, Lord
Thank ya, Jesus, thank ya, Lord!"

That sums up my whole experience.

Beliefs... opinions... they change.

My grandfather was never a believer. Not until recently. He's 95 now and dying, he knows it, we know it, I went to see him a few days ago, took him a CD, played some backgammon, you know, take his mind off things, put a little love into his days, anyway, he told me he's been visiting God in his dreams. I asked him if he believed in God and he said "of course!".
