whoa whoa whoa, I'm west indian technically and it's NOT a west indian thing for guys to be hugging each other, they are quick to call you a bawty boy for that.

I don't even give my guy friends dapes anymore like the whole hand shake thing like we are exchanging drugs.

I just do like a fist bump, I'm like germaphobic lately and I have no idea where their hands have been.

I'm all huggy with my female friends though but guys, nope not really.

What island is your family from? My in-laws are Jamaican. Maybe it varies from island to island?

Actually, Jamaica is the most homophobic of all the West Indian islands.
