I most certainly believe that 1: There are other species that exist in the universe, 2: That these species have in the past/are presently making semi-frequent contact with people on this planet.

I have never had an ET encounter as visceral as the one oojay mentioned, but I have seen things in the sky on at least 2 seperate occassions that can be described as nothing other than UFO's. I consider myself pretty familiar with various types of aircraft both past and present, and military and civilian. What I saw moved too far, too fast, and illuminated in such a way that there is no way it is from this world. I'm a believer, I've seen what I need to see.

I also find it hilarious that a significantly large percentage of people in this world believe in a mystical figure that created everything on this planet in 7 days and gives you things when you ask him telepathically. Yet, these are the same people who dismiss ET claims left and right...

I don't know the degree of truth spoken by anyone else on the subject, but I know they're out there.

I think intelligent life is out there. You can't possibly turn down the idea with the huge number of unexplained sightings all over the world.

I'm watching X files at the moment so that could be why I'm so giddy about it all. Fuck running into an alien though.
