I thought so. It is supposed to be religion separated from state. However there are some religious 'morals' such as family and being conservative that often slip into political forces I believe.

I don't believe it's a war between Christianity and Islam. But I'm aware that at least some people do. And I'm getting that from a lot of people on the right - Sarah Palin, sometimes Fox News and their associates, often new stations from the South.

It's not the prevalent view, but it's a very troubling one.
