I would say oh good one, but I just watched BBT and Sheldon's made me laugh too hard at "Come back you stupid bird so I can love you!!!"

So, life. What is life? What is existence?

I believe this calls for a beer.

Generic answer: To mature and propagate our species.

Serious answer: I honestly don't know. We're a collection of sub-atomic particles that (as far as we know) have reacted with each other to form something that's named itself a brain, which has also formed a connection with a large piece of living tissue that it calls a body. Whether that brain is kidding itself by thinking it truly exists or not is a whole 'nuther thing.

What I have gathered from being alive, is

Life is a form of order within chaos- it consumes chaos and churns out order in the form of living things and structures (people, plants and animals consuming the raw materials of light, water and reproducing) but there is no reason to it- because reason is not important.
And thus we are all, independantly, a different aspect to a collective beast- life. We are moving, but to where it matters not! Yes, we are the photons, we are the brain, but we are so insignificant (but not unimportant) in comparison to the life.
I suppose in that way there are probably other... systems, that are unimaginable.

The chaos theory sounds interesting, what is it? :o

wiki is your best friend:-

Chaos theory - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

basically, it just refutes the anthropomorphic concept that imposes an "order" on the universe
