You can't honestly tell me you don't operate under certain assumptions...regardless of how small or non-offensive they may seem. You can try to tell me otherwise, but I'm not sure there is anything you can say to make me feel you don't do this. It's human nature. If you like to keep your desk organized, chances are you put people into certain categories as well. A racist is someone who sees those categories as absolutes.
