Well that is the problem right there with militant islam. Anyone can be branded an "infidel" outside of islam (or even a heretic inside islam) and they see killing a person who is deem an infidel/heretic as justifiable. That train of thought is a virus of the mind.

The total randomness and the unthinkable viciousness of this incident literally turns my stomach. I can't imagine what the family and friends of the victim are going through.
