Right, the kid robbed a liquor store. For all of maybe 6$ worth of merchandise. Maybe he assaulted an officer. Maybe he was protecting himself. Maybe he started off protecting himself, and then he was assaulting the officer. But to be shot down in the street the way he was... for what he did... naw, dude. There are way, way, way worse people out there who went down way, way, way more dignified.

But I've got new for you. Cops are people, and people are corruptible. Maybe the only way to crack down on corruption in the force is to put cameras on their uniforms that feed to the internet for all to see, to make officers completely accountable for their actions. And then again, it might only make things worse in unforeseeable ways. All we can do is keep trying, and learning from what happens.

I meant the average person. Obviously, some people have done so much that everyone in the world knows what they've done without ever having met them. Needless to say, most humans in the history of our species haven't been responsible for the deaths of millions.

yea, like i said i have no problem with the camera idea, i think transparency is a good thing.

actually i think we should take it a step further and show these surveillance videos in 3D and imax so it almost feels like the cop's bullet is coming right at you
