I have faith that things will work out for me and my wife, regardless of all of the bull**** we've had to deal with these past few years.

I think it's more along the line of hope and pretty different from the faith in supernatural things, because you know that things might still go awry, but you also know from past experiences, that you are someone who is capable of getting things done, dealing with things and that things sometimes just do work out.
