The Nicolas Cage remake was worth it just for this scene:

The Wicker Man (from 1973) is one of my favorites. We like to watch it at the cabin during summer and sing along with the songs.. it's horrible (for other people).

A minor note; one should be careful to avoid the theatrical cut as it really got butchered.

I got the extended version (99 minutes) and that's fine

There are four questions I'd like to ask and at the same time try to answer regarding whether or not extraterrestrials exist and have visited our planet.

First question:

Is there life on other planets?

My Answer:

I feel there is. The reason why I believe this is because nature never makes just one of anything. You never see just one species, or one tree, or one mountain, or one planet, or one solar system, or one galaxy. There are always many. And I know that people might think there's only one universe, but who's to say? There are astronomers out there that believe there may be parallel universes. They call them multiverses. With at least one hundred billion stars in our galaxy alone, and billions of galaxies throughout the observable universe, I think it's a given that there is indeed life on other planets.

Second question:

Is that life intelligent?

My Answer:

I feel that there is indeed intelligent life elsewhere in the universe, for the same reasons mentioned in the answer to my first question.

Third question:

Has that intelligent life mastered space travel to a point where it can visit us at will?

My Answer:

The only ones who would know the answer to that question are the extraterrestrials themselves, if they do indeed exist at all. And from what I've seen, they ain't talkin', at least not to us.

Forth and final question:

Have they visited us?

My Answer:

I often wonder if one day everything will have a logical explanation. There was a time in human history when people feared solar and lunar eclipses, because they thought they foretold doom. But now they're perfectly explainable by science, though that doesn't seem to make them any less fascinating to anyone, because people still flock to observe them every time they occur. I don't know if one of these days we'll be hobnobbing with extraterrestrials as if it were second nature and at the same time, still fascinated by the fact that they did exist after all. I've never had a UFO encounter. And I'd rather have proof of something before I believe in it. But that doesn't mean I don't share interest with those who wonder about such subjects. With all the UFO accounts out there, I believe this subject needs more research. Fact of the matter is, I don't know if they've ever visited us, that is if they do exist at all. There's simply no proof that they do. It's a question that is so up in the air that it's answer is as elusive as UFO sightings themselves. But on another note, I would like to say this: considering the political state of our world today, sometimes I feel the real reason why some people are so eager to find intelligent life on other planets is because they feel they can't find any here on earth.
