But when he made that comment about not making jokes about tragedies the first thought that ran through my head was "oh no, Ki's quote!"

I think the saddest part of this whole thing is how quickly it will be forgotten. People will put the flags up to join the trend but how many will donate money once the shock dies down to help the families? If and when the chance prevents it's self, I'd definitely give a little to do something. And I'll share it here.

It'll just drift out of focus then be referenced next month when something comparable happens. I dunno why you would donate money though, I mean it's a first world country kind of famous for its social safety nets.
