The issue is illegal immigration and CONTROLLING the amount of immigrants that enter the country.
Immigration's Impact on Public Coffers | Center for Immigration Studies Also, Canada has one of the strictest immigration policies around so idk what you're trying to insinuate here pal. |

Did you expect me to use a pro-Immigration site to back up my argument?
You can find all the sources for their information down below if you really have that much of an issue with it. At the end of the day you're entitled to your own opinion, but the idea that "Immigration has no impact on our economy" is just, well, wrong. For example, I know plenty of Canadian immigrants and our system requires that they cannot go longer than 30 days without work (unless they have a reasonable excuse), and to even be considered for immigration to Canada there is an extremely strenuous vetting process that ensures the immigrants will be able to contribute to our society and not simply come here and soak up resources. One of my high school teachers had a wife who was coming over from Russia. Despite being married to a Canadian it took her multiple years (over 3 if I remember correctly) to be able to relocate. In fact, here's a pro-Immigration site for you. The Effects of Immigration on the United States and yet they still admit: Quote:

I know that immigration has a slight effect on our economy, but not nearly as big as people think it does. If people are really so worried about our spending habbits and economy then how about we stop spending money on military **** unless we can some how use it to make money. Like contract killers. Hire USA, we will destroy any country you want for the right price. (Don't take that seriously, the mercenary idea is ****ing stupid)

I mean, Trump is definitely an idiot, I don't disagree with you. The immigration numbers, costs, and crime rates he quoted are significantly higher than they are in reality. However, costs and crime rates do still exist and that needs to be considered. I think the US should focus some of it's resources on fixing the existing problems (i.e the culture of crime and violence within inner cities and the wage disparity between races.) I would much rather see the money aimed on fixing these issues.

Didn't say higher crime rate mate, just said there are still crimes committed. Because there obviously are. Why wouldn't we worry about actual US born citizens before those who come here illegally? Is it really hard to see why that might be a good idea?
