It might seem like a daft 1uestion, but that is exactly how Donald Trump is portrayed in the media. As permanently banning all one point six billions Muslims in the world. They leave out the fact that it was 1. a temporary ban, 2. in was for national security reasons. 3. regardless if it seen as necessary by everyone it was still Constitutional.

The ire over the ban beauce it might affect Muslims is disportionate to the lack of any sympathy that 2016 was one of the worst years ever for the persecution of Christians. It is reported that 90,000 Christians were killed for their faith. That is one every six minutes.

“I think the Supreme Court would easily uphold the legality and constitutionality of this executive order,” he said, adding that the only way liberal justices on the nation’s highest court wouldn’t side with the conservative justices “is if they totally ignore the Constitution and the law.”

“Hopefully, that wouldn’t happen,” Van Spakovsky said.

Well for those who are unhappy with Trump, you can at least look forward to Kanye West in 2020.

He isn't running in 2020 anymore. 2024 he claims after having a sit down with Trump.

Convenient Neo. You must have skipped over this part from your own link.

We’ve allocated to the president the ability on short notice to suspend visas if it’s an emergency,” Stock added, referring to the Alien and Sedition Acts of 1798, which grants the president the authority to suspend visas from immigrants of certain countries when the U.S. is at war with those countries.

“On the other hand,” Stock added, “we have a First Amendment principle, which says that Congress and the president cannot favor one religion over another. Those two constitutional principles are colliding with each other at the moment.”

Glad you didn't let your dislike for him get in the way of an interesting discussion. I've heard that before but idk much about him.

Trump jumps on Twitter and refers to the guy as a "This so called judge".

How'd ya like to be one of Trump's lawyers right now? My guess is that Federal judges are a pretty tight knit group and Trump's zing is not going to sit very well with any of them.

It's absolutely mind blowing how quickly this dude and his advisers are crashing and burning.

President Trump's older sister is a former federal judge. I wonder what her thoughts are on her brother's comment?
