I don't know about this need for drugs and stuff to keep you functioning
(I don't have any physical or mental ailments), but I have a brother-in-law
who thinks that now that he has drugs to control his cholesterol,
that he can eat whatever he wants. Seems awfully backwards.

Sure there are people like that but I feel like when most people are put on those type of pills that they try to eat better with the assistance of those pills so they can get off the meds and not need to take them anymore. Unless they just like consuming pills.
