You don't see how this is more or less the same thing?

it's just curious

I feel like there's more to it than just conformity to social norms, there's likely some psychological factors outside that
The disparity between what's considered masculine in, say, Spain versus the US is enough evidence to suggest that social influence on gender is a more significant factor than sex.

Ja that would be silly.

I'm not so sure about that.

I do when they become a lumberjack to validate their masculinity.

Went down a fun rabbit hole today reading about microplastics in the ocean. The title of this article is clickbaity but still has good info:

https://earther.gizmodo.com/theres-l...n-o-1840175488

This led to me reading a long discussion about the Fermi Paradox and how a handful hypothesize that the invention of plastic is the Great Filter - whenever a species invents plastic it either goes extinct or becomes too dependent on plastic to explore space.

Basically we're all gonna die thanks goodbye

If you want a possible example of a great filter that occurred in our solar system look at Venus. A runaway greenhouse effect cooked that planet.

Earth could very well meet the same fate!

So what exactly does gender mean anymore? At this point it just seems to be somebody's identity and is only tied to their sex because of the stigmas and stereotypes we pounded into our culture. Ideally, gender shouldn't be a thing to worry about and people should get to be their selves regardless of if they have a dick or not. The only real purpose for identifying somebody based on gender or sex is only for the purpose of having sex otherwise just treat them like a human being. Then again, that will never happen because people can't fathom living with out stereotypes based on the superficial things so here we are having to compromise with an overly convoluted mess. I blame Boomers.

Lucem, you're right, it's silly to talk about what I would or wouldn't do IRL. Glad you brought it up. Maybe you should write an instrumental about it. I recommend a piano paired with a clarinet. With ambient sounds of you hanging from your shower curtain you ****ing failure.

Art Is Dead. Buy My ****.
