Is it a reasonable possibility that you're trying to preserve drinking water that will be undrinkable in a century?

Hey if you're just doing it for your own satisfaction that's fine. I'd be willing to do the same thing. But I'm not gonna lie to myself like doing my part to help the marshes around where I live is gonna mean a damn thing when they're under water. If you want to do something useful then maybe start sending drone bombs to oil fields or something.
