Cow brains are pretty delicious. It has to be eaten with some kinda veg to cut the fat though.

I'm not super into the idea, but maybe I'll get the chance if I ever visit a moderately fancy restaurant. Gotta try everything once, right?

Doesn't even need to be fancy. Just gitchu a cabeza burrito at a Mexican place. Though I imagine the ones you have out there are a bit different from SD's.

I think it's a really uncommon thing to find in Danish restaurants. I Googled a bit, just out of curiosity. Confirmed one place that had "taco Cabeza", but that was with cow tongue. Never had that either, but it's just a muscle, so I imagine it tasting much like regular cow meat or maybe the heart would.

I just glanced at the thread name and can't remember it got from there to me talking about how what part of a cow would taste like.

That's just how it goes sometimes. Cabeza is the whole head, so it's about 50% brain.
