Saw some interviews at a state fair deep in Trump country. A few blind defenders, some buying in to the 'secret testimony' BS, some copping out with the ole 'waste of taxpayer money', but a number saying along the lines of "I use to think they were out to get him, but everyone can't be lying like he says all the time".

He's toast in 2020. Took much longer than I expected, but buyers remorse is finally starting to creep into his base.

See, a good portion of Trump's core base were parents to little kids. They can tell when someone's telling a fib.
