What three things could a candidate say to get your vote?

I'm not too worried about it, not like I'm running for office. I think it's more interesting if you assume that I have the same opinions as your annoying progressive niece or whatever

The words of public officals are empty but if they meant it, it'd be cool if they said:

Entirely remove the influence of the federal government from people's lives at home and abroad in order to bring any necessary forms of public institution closer to home which will make accountability more realistic
Impose consistent corruption standards with hardline penalties on public officials, with trials run by the EU or another foreign entity

Not sure if that's a response to me but I mean be more specific about Lenin.

The more you can eliminate scarcity, the less leverage the rich actually get with their money. That's why labor, energy and food are the primary areas that need to be dealt with in regards to tech advancements + cost effectiveness. Imagine being able to provide meat, veggies, etc. to everyone without the need for farms, slaughterhouses, etc. etc. Hell, they're already growing filet mignon steaks in labs with just a cell or two from the cow.

And in regards to health care, I think we're still in the dark ages in regards to a lot of things as well as biotech, but we are still seeing advances in those areas despite everything that's going on.

How specifically did Lenin use electoral pragmatism/lesser of two evils voting to pursue the eventual takeover of the Bolsheviks

They can literally pay people to muddy the waters so that the hoi polloi don't know who to believe and if they don't know what to believe they'll just go with whatever option keeps the status quo they're comfortable with going.

Honestly the only reasonable option is probably waiting until global warming destroys the economy and devastates populations, and then forming a coalition of the working class who finally have no choice whatsoever but to accept that the neoliberal world order was intentionally operating in such a way that they would maximize profits at the expense of essentially the apocalypse that is now destroying the populace's way of life before their very eyes.

I simply do not see any option where we minimize losses and everything just kinda works out, and I definitely don't see an option where the working classes wake up before the worst happens. And the end result will probably be a dark age of guillotines and chaos.

A hurdle in what way? I don't think corporate money is good, but I'm trying to figure out when I said I didn't care about it.

We're teetering on economic collapse, and that could turn the tide, but it's going to have to be one win after another. Save for total catastrophe we're not going to get a new deal.

The other thing is how this 2020 Census plays out. Another reason for a Biden vote. He'll make the downballot races easier to win.

I'm not reading that right now but let's say he "supported" it... My point is it has no track record of working towards the goals of revolution. Lenin also "supported' democracy in general.. just not in practice. It could just be preferred rhetorical framing rather than actual preferred strategy.

He was also a propagandist that didn't practice what he preached.
