It probably won't, but to be clear, the 42% that support Trump aren't moving. What he's going for is the ~10% of people who aren't sure. I can't wrap my head around what that indecision looks like, but I assume its "well the economy is good" crowd. (Or was).

But that's who he's going for. Almost all the optics are designed to say "Look, we're not insane, we're going to do these things* and you're not going to have to hear from the President daily."

*Things people agree with like CC and making the inequity less severe.

I don't intend to. Though to give her credit where it's due, the decision to make Bill Clinton a speaker was not smart. Nor Hunter, tbh. but this is beside the point. An election is coming, and the situation in November is what it is. You go to the election with the candidates you have, not the candidates you want.

Yeah because people like you fall in line every time so they have a history of success behind them to give people confidence that they can get whatever it is they do done.
