It's also permitted in normal poetry. Coleridge:

They dropped down, one by one."

The two words don't necessarily rhyme, not like school and fool for instance, but the feel of the rhyme is still there. Plenty of examples of this in poetry.

I can't remember if it was in this thread or another, OH, but you were getting pissed about the FA and Premier League "dickriding" the US with the taking the knee thing. You said come on Britain, have an original idea.
