So can Trump realistically get another SC justice appointed in the time left in his first term?

They delayed Obama six months which means they'll fill it tomorrow.

Yeah, if there's a way to make this appointment without any legal consequence, I think Trump will do it. Typically, presidents would wait. Trump's not typical.

Is it too soon to kiss Roe v. Wade goodbye?
