Sometimes, yes. Sometimes, no, but I certainly wouldn't say "Ew" over it or demand the girl I'm with do it before having sex. Honestly, the last girl I was with insisted because she was always self conscious and it was kind of a mood killer when things were getting heated and then she stopped to get cleaned up before it went further. I appreciated it for the buttstuff though.

In my experience it doesn't. But water itself is a terrible lubricant so pool/bathtub sex etc often doesn't work out too well.
