Default Presidential Pardons

What's the point of a judicial system if one person can come along and circumvent it?

READ AS: "I fully understand the purpose of the Judicial, Legislative and Executive branches of the U.S. government, but I'm not 100% sure that giving a single person the power to disregard the verdict of a trial by a jury of one's peers is the best course of action. What are your thought on the matter?"

To create and alter laws.

Thanks for clarifying that and correctly intuiting the message of this thread. Though, it is the legislative branch that creates laws.

As a check to the power of the judicial branch. Whether or not you agree with it I should think you learned that in high school.

This doesn't have much to do with grammar.

It wasn't really a grammar thing you just didn't give any indication you understood.

I like to under-promise and over-deliver.

But isn't accepting a Presidential pardon tantamount to admitting that our judicial system is broken and needs to be changed?
