Guys thanks for all the supportive words. I don't discuss this sort of stuff much. I find it difficult a bit, I do need to make an appointment with my GP for a med review Exo and I was referred to a psychiatrist recently but I then got a letter saying that I didn't turn up for the appointment (which I didn't even know about, the NHS can do stuff like that sometimes). So I will do that tomorrow.

From an evolutionary psychological perspective dissatisfaction, unhappiness, and anxiousness are the default positions. Besides fleeting moments of reward our ancestors had little use for happiness.

I never diagnosed anybody. I just repeated what he openly told us. That he's bipolar. Batlord tried to diagnose him.
