Cause they didn't do any sort of proper evaluation. They might've asked me 4 or 5 questions then were like ok here's a script for lithium and some sleeping pills. I said I don't have trouble sleeping. They said just in case. Just in case my ass. I'm in here for popping pills in the first place.

I've been off my meds cause I can't afford the re-up cause this job is dicking around on hiring me cause they don't want to hire somebody with mental health issues that may impact work.

With them I was. More so they call ex employers. And the worst part is they hire drug addicts.

Every single job I've had they loved me for being a great worker but I get fired over some mental health episode.

Is it cause you're on their insurance that the meds thing is conflicting with your work?

What kinda episodes do you have that get you fired?

Yeah that seriously crosses some legal boundaries.. maybe not in Utah, idk. Employers are not supposed to do anything more than confirm time of employment and rate of payment, possibly your schedule and attendance history, but that's all. One employer telling another about your mental health status has got to be against some FMLA regulation..

Good luck taking them to court for it in a hard red state.

There’s some laws in Florida. I don’t think they actually protect anyone until you’re already up the ladder.
