Intake appointment got cancelled and rescheduled for next Weds. So I'm just off work in the meantime, letting my body adjust to the dosage increase. Bf is pressuring me to go back to work despite the off work order, and keeps asking me "do you feel like you really need this time off?" I gave him the same analogy my psych gave me, "if you had a broken ankle and were waiting for surgery would you go to work?" He said "yeah I would." lol

told my parents im depressed :o: skipped out on seeing them today, im more sad I dont get to go to long island to help them with something tomorrow. planning on going there monday and tuesday though.

we did a group activity in my psych class and i felt so old :o:

didnt read that whole book of "keep calm and carry on" plus my dad gave me a book called the fred factor, about work and stuff, small book.

trying to think myself better, thinking that im getting better and starting to get things done. the green tea helps.
