Yeah but you're using it as a gatekeeping argument to make sure she knows she isn't on your level. I really hope both of you are lying about travelling anywhere or else it means that leaving where you were born has little influence on how you view the world,

You know I walked through rural areas with starving children like on those tv commercials and **** through no man’s land between India and Bangladesh and all through the slums of Bombay and Calcutta. Sorry if you don’t think I landed on the conclusions I should have but it definitely influenced the way I think about the world and mankind. Maybe it’s not what you think. Maybe you’d think you can’t judge Rangoon unless you’ve been to Dhaka.

Nah. My family came from New York. We're Irish immigrants. I'm possibly the first member of my family born in the south. At most the third. I'm just working class northern trash living in the south.
