A lot of that rang true for me as well. My mom got diagnosed with bipolar 2 but I don't know that she had any rigorous testing or second opinions done so I don't know if that's reliable, and I got a lot of her **** going on too. So I don't know what to do with all that but the being able to analyze your issues but having no ability to implement any plans to change is 100%.

Peterson's way more fuckable talking about psychology than lobsters btw.
