Can't really see what more I can do to sort it other than coming off the medication but it's not the right time so I'll deal with it for now.

Has anyone on here came off it and been back to normal?

I’m already really bonding with my therapist. I was thinking about you having to start fresh and how disappointed that would make me.

Since I went out of work I went off my antidepressant just because I guess no pep in step needed.
