Just talking let a lot of stress out

Made it easier to get a nice breath in

It's just an intake so I'm not stressing. I just want to know how long it's going to be until the next appointment. I have low expectations.

They tried to hook me up with a new therapist but the bill for each session was hundreds of dollars and I'm like, nah. If I do therapy I'm going with the $70 an hour one that I like and established already.

I don't remember how expensive the psychiatrist was but I do need to set up an appointment so I can get refills or make sure the pills actually work.
