That's fucked up. Some places give animals and Mother Earth legal rights, which cannot be infringed upon. And some places say that dolphins are non-human people. But a baby human being gets the finger from you. Wow.

Neither non-human animals nor "mother earth" are ethical entities, no matter how much you hang onto the anthropomorphic language. Is a fetus a "human baby"?

There is no such thing as an "ethical entity," so you can stop trying to impress people with your vocabulary.

A fetus is not a human baby, but it is a precursor, and just as important.

If you want to plant a forest full of trees, you don't denigrate the seeds, you treat them with the utmost care.
