Yes. The Supreme Court that has six right wing Trump loving Catholics on it.

That’s not good.

Word is it can’t go to the court. OK. Until the court just says we’re looking at this. Then what?

I could be wrong, but I don't think Trump can simply choose to fast-track something to the Supreme Court. How it gets there depends on the case.

Regardless, to get there, there would need to be serious evidence and I think the issue would have to be outside the jurisdiction of lower courts.

That is the way it SHOULD be. I hope you’re right.

Either way - Trump has a dangerous teams of lawers lined up. And, if the Democrats cheated and they find evidence of it (and let's be honest, both sides probably do a little cheating every election - the degree to which they both cheat is the question), you can bet his lawyers will line up a tough case and it'll be looked at by somebody. Lower courts could still make a decision that sways the election one way or the other.

In the meantime, both sides will be engaging in a battle of information warfare. Victory is far from assured for either side. Even if Joe Biden wins Nevada/Arizona today, Trump will not be conceding any time soon.

It's possible that mail-in votes explain the huge voter turnout, but it does seem a little strange to me that Joe Biden, a guy who could barely get 100 people to show up at his rallies and had markedly lower enthusiasm than Trump voters, could garner more votes than 2008 Obama, who had huge enthusiasm from voters. Again though, mail-in votes and hatred of Trump could explain it.

Also the gross mishandling of covid which is what inspired me

I think that people who would be at a Biden rally under normal circumstances are probably more inclined to avoid large gatherings during a pandemic than people who go to Trump rallies.

That would fall under hatred of Trump.

That's definitely true.

and then

New england region alla north east the great lake canada border states the west coast and the desert is all for Blue

thats how its usually be for a while now Colorado is the only new rouge state that turned blu in the past they usually went with there montain state buddies and went red

intresting

Maine and Nebraska don’t automatically award all their points to one candidate. Biden got one point off each of them. It seems like Maine would be a little less moronic.

I tried the math and I don’t think a tie is possible from here
