Its clear as day. If the US and China went to war it would be a conventional war. The old fashioned kind. Military vs military. The kind we haven't truly seen since WW2. Afghanistan is irrelevant. We're "losing" in the sense that we're failing to occupy and build a stable nation. That's a much bigger project than just decimating a military. If it came down to a serious war between the us and China, the us would just crush their military. Assuming it doesn't go nuclear because obviously them the whole planet loses. But in conventional warfare, China doesn't have the clout to take on America currently. They may descend into an ungovernable hellhole the way Iraq and Afghanistan did... But that's not the same as actually winning the war. |

Man you have really drunk the Kool-Aid. China has manufacturing, technology, an organized government, and an obedient population. America is a cluster**** on the brink of a civil war that can’t even test its population for covid or even manufacture its own surgical masks for its nurses.

China's primary military objectives are in their own back yard. They're still jockying to maintain hegemony the south China Sea. America literally has a global naval empire that single handedly controls most of the trade routes the entire global economy relies on. |
Let’s see what would happen if the Taliban pulled a 9/11 in Beijing.
