Sure there are. But the USA - or any country - as a whole, does not. It's just, well, stupid to say a country's government wants the Earth laid waste. For one thing, we're too lazy to clean up afterwards.

im not talking about the common folks want WW3


im talking about the Elite of the elites and beyond that elite maybe a few of thoes sum 100ish people wouldn't mind a ww3 because they will not die from it they will be safe
