You've made serious allegations about a member of my staff which I would like to get to the bottom to.

all I am asking you to do is either give me proof what you say is true or drop the allegations. I don't want my staff members being the source of ridicule as this is a very serious company matter. If you fail to give me evidence of what you say is true he will be suspended without pay until the matter is resolved. This is a mans livelyhood you are playing with here , so please either back up what you say or issue him with a public apology.
