Heh, my mom raised me on Elton John, Billy Joel, the Cars, the Police, the Beatles, the Bee Gees, the Stones, ZZ Top, Nazareth, KISS, Alice Cooper. Those were all on regular rotation in my house.

My dad listened to pretty much everyone who played at CBGB's, Talking Heads are his favourite. Also REM, Pixies, Husker Du, the Replacements, and 70's metal like Black Sabbath. Plus jazz and classical.

I wasn't raised on any music. I just kinda listened to whatever was on MTV or whatever till I was about 14.

All my mother listened to were cheesy power ballads and she loved Chicago and Journey.
