I think Hodgy looks cool. Anyways...

Judging by how off the wall Odd Future is I assume he loves every bit of it.
Do they only have one album out so far? I'm downloading it as we type but is there more? Edit: I thin Tyler is slightly dashing. And plus, one of them's a butch dizzike, so i mean come on, she's not gonna be the prettiest peach in the basket. |
There's Radical and The Odd Future Tape as ofwgkta and then a bunch of solo albums from individual members.
also, my wife get mad at me all i do is golf uh heh heh heh heh heh heh heh heh |

I thought Goblin hadn't come out yet? Either way, i'll definitely look into it for Yonkers. Is the whole album like that?
Btw, what's with their whole eerie faceshots for album covers? Is it the whole madness/serial killer thing? |

and with Goblin i was just saying how it's done and going to be released in May. the ones i put as Upcoming i just read on Wikipedia but there's no news or signs that it's coming out anytime soon. |
Oooooohhhhhhh i see. Well do you have any recommendations? I'm looking at Pitchfork's recommendations but i never know whether to trust them or not.

if you want a view of the group as a whole, i'd say start with Radical, even though they didn't produce beats on them (it's essentially a mixtape), you really get the feel of them as a group on alot of the tracks.
Bastard and EARL are definitely recommended too, though i'd say after Radical and maybe The Odd Future Tape. if you really like those and want to see how the rest of the group's stuff is, i'd suggest MellowHype's YelloWhite and Hodgy Beats' The Dena Tape is pretty good too. Frank Ocean's Nostalgia/Ultra is one of my favorites from OF, but it's pretty far in style from what the rest of Odd Future is known for (it's an R&B album, love songs and sh*t), but it's really good if you dig that type of music. the rest of the group isn't too bad and can be pretty enjoyable if you're the completionist type. if you find yourself wanting more after the albums mentioned, then i'd say dive right in and get it all. |
