Arrow In search for electronic......

I've just recently started to listen to electronic-music so I'm searching for some bands/artists.

Some of my current favorites are Koto, Daft Punk, Scooter, Infected Mushroom, The Chemical Brothers, (maybe E-Type), so nothing really special. Especially if anyone knows something that resembles Koto I'd really appreciate it if you'd tell me...

I've also listened to like Armin van Buuren, Aphex Twin, Dj Tiësto and at least so far they don't do anything for me....

For all that aid me in my quest

1. Read the thread.
2. Take note of recommendations, especially if one of your bands is embedded within a particular list
3. Do some research ("Googlography")
4. Download or purchase
5. Normal daily routine

Anything else I can do to enlighten your MB experience this evening?

You could create a Last.fm account and after a while check out what music/projects your musical neighboroughs are listening to. I have found some nice projects that way. But my recommendations:

Vangelis
Global Communication
Ulver
