Does anyone like Infected Mushroom
 

Hey does anyone here like Infected mushroom cause they are one of the best techno bands ever in my opinion, and what are your favorite songs....

i like infected mushroom yea, deeply disturbed is possibly my fav song, might be one they're best known for but i love it all the same

My ex boyfriend..tried to turn me onto these guys..and I always politely told him good stuff..through gritted teeth but recently I heard them on some Free FM station and found myself listening to the whole song and liking it...

Would some call it rave music?

Oh man. Infected Mushroom is so great. I think Classical Mushroom is my favourite of their albums, but I'm also a big fan of Converting Vegetarians. Oh hell, all their albums are great.

Infected Mushroom are awesome. Suliman is an awesome song, that whole EP is great...

Took the plunge and downloaded their new one VICIOUS DELICIOUS as I have never heard any of their stuff. I really like them, but I am surprised by how much guitar work on there for a techno band-I'm not complaining though!

Will have to trawl through some more of their stuff I think.

i dl'd one of their albums awhile back, but still haven't unzipped it

I've never actually given them a listen, what artists are they similar to?

Has anyone heard their remix album of Doors tracks? It's interesting to say the least.

That's because one of their two members is a fan of metal and punk. They bring in musicians to play live shows too.

Infected Mushroom is a pretty good band... in fact, I might listen to them now since I haven't in ages.

I love Infected Mushroom, now. Then again, I don't know much about electronica so I am hoping to be enlightened while I am in this stage.

Definitely up that mix. infected mushroom/psytrance is the ****. best trip music that I know of.

These guys are amazing, although its kind of bad that the're my favorite, as they're so mainstream. Electronic is what I want to get into, and these guys are way to far in the game to be inspiration.

Nonetheless, Their new stuff is quite good, my fav songs are:

they are mainstream because they are so damn good. i respect any group that doesn't mind "bending" the rules of their genre and throwing in some good ol' guitars. when boards of canada released campfire headphase a lot of electronica purists criticized it for too many guitars...but i freakin loved it.

I love Infected Mushroom.

Faveourite album is possibly Classical Mushroom.

Although my Faveourite track is Dancing with Kadafi. Its just 11 minutes of beautiful music.

I prefer their older works as well, but their new material is far from bad. Black Shawarma has been growing on me very steadly since its realease. Posquito Mas, Herbert the Pervert, and Project 100 are among my favorites and all outstanding.

they are dope, I like the album Converting Vegetarians because I generally don't like vegetarians.

Also, catch them live if possible, went to a show in Hollywood and it was OFF THE HOOK! Had to take a $150 cab right back to the telly buuuut still worth it.

what do you have against vegetarians?

they don't eat meat. That grosses me out.

Im a vegie and let me tell you the stench of processed burgers and cheap meat in general makes me feel physically sick.

Im not militant by any stretch of the imagination but how people can eat this **** is beyond me.

i'm not vegetarian but i recently ate nothing but seafood while in asia and now that i am back on the american red meat diet i feel really unhealthy all the time. so i have really been considering vegetarianism...

Trouserjazz: Exactly, so many vegetarians have this "meat eaters are gross" mentality. I think vegetarians are gross, I've never met a healthy one.

I also work with one, and I'll tell you what is disgusting, the chemical bombs he dumps in the bathroom are gross!



Duga: Seafood is great and any diet that is not balanced is going to make you feel unhealthy because it is unhealthy.

I dont have a meat eaters are gross attitude though. Id say im pretty healthy and certainly dont suffer from under nutrition. If anything im slightly overweight.

I have no problem with people who eat meat and have been known to still cook meat for my friends yet meat eaters continualy feel the need to defend themselves and try to force meat down my neck.

Plus some of the things meat eaterd eat like mcdonalds and other processed rubbish is disgusting and unatural, still your choice.

Lol, your right. Chip removed! This all started from my joke about the title of infected mushrooms album but spiraled into an actual discussion about veggies, lol!

For the record, I'm happy for anyone who chooses to eat meat or veggies. And I think McDonalds can be gross too.

I know right. I mean, their music can be so relaxing and catchy sometimes. They make interesting electronic sounds in the songs. Especially on Converting Vegeteriens album for example. You should check that album out if you havent yet.

I like almost every track of them :-) Every album, ep is awesome in each way..
