4x4=12 just came out. As a quick critique of the album, I will say the the first track "Some Chords" was so good, it sets up the rest of the album for a bit of disappointment. Nonetheless, this is a very good release by Deadmau5 and I quite enjoy many of the songs on here. Another standout here is "Raise Your Weapon," an absolute gem of a track. For those of you complaining about buildups going nowhere and lack of change in songs, you should dig this one. The first half is beautiful and has some outstanding vocals whilst the second half contains some filthy dubstep to contrast the beginning. Definitely recommend this album for anyone who likes Deadmau5's earlier releases.

I really don't like music like this, but there's something about For Lack Of A Better Name. I listen to it, and I get really pumped and want to do a triathalon or something.

For lack of a better name was one of my favourites. It was my most listened to also. I think it was "FML" that i really liked, it was sooo intense. Haven't listened to much music in ages cause ive had no laptop or ipod

I got into Deadmau5 with 'Strobe' and 'Ghosts and Stuff'. I recently got his latest album and I'm digging it. Whenever I listen to progressive electro like this, or any electronic music, I always listen to see if it could be a good party song, i.e for a club or a house party or just something to dance to with a companion haha. Deadmau5 seems to have the songs that fit in my category at least.

That's how I feel when I listen to this monster

That pumping bassline.. I couldn't imagine what this would be like on a proper sound system.

Definitely a step up from some of his other stuff (don't get my wrong, he's got a few great tracks and textures and sounds), but tbh the dubstep is kinda weak and doesn't groove as much as it should. That's just an opinion, but I do like how he's including vocals in it and I really like the vocals. I also think that he wouldn't be nearly as big as he is without the mau5head.

My friend made me stream his latest album because I lost a bet. Sounds like he's only went downhill since Random Album Title...
