How do you dance to dubstep???

I really enjoy the sound of dupstep. But thats just it. I can only listen because I have no idea how to dance to it with out looking like a complete moron. Youtube, like always, solved my problem. Here's a few examples on how you dance to dubstep...

this I just thought was kinda funny... :P

s_k 02-03-2011 06:23 PM

I dunno. I prefer dub without the step. Easy to dance to :)

I don't think anyone can dance like that without looking like a complete moron.

His moves are timeless.
No matter what year it is and what the trends are, his dance moves will always be relevant and meaningful to the epilepsy community.
He even begins his video with a friendly invitation to join along.

djchameleon 02-04-2011 02:44 AM

jackhammer 02-04-2011 08:11 PM

How do u dance to it? FFS.

I am pretty sure that is musically progressive enough to not give 2 craps how you dance to it.

Howard the Duck 02-09-2011 01:25 AM

Umm...what the hell did I just watch?
I don't even like dubstep and now I dislike it even more.

djchameleon 06-23-2011 04:05 AM

I'm going to hi-jack this thread because I don't feel like making a new one to say this but since I just learned how to shuffle and I feel like a poser because I only learned it after watching the party rock anthem video. I spent most of my day yesterday watching shuffling videos on youtube when I stumbled across this video.

I didn't realize that I already knew how to Tecktonik and that's the type of dance that I do in the clubs when certain songs are on.

No clue that it had a specific name for it.

So now I can do both :tramp:

I just wanted to share that awesome video the Tecktonik girls are way hotter than the girls doing the shuffle.

This is incredible and I dare anyone to say otherwise.

anticipation 06-23-2011 06:12 PM

I've definitely seen ill dancers at dubstep shows/raves, just by going to any massive concert you're bound to come across at least a few really talented dancers putting on amazing shows while tripping out of their minds.

That dude has nothing on Les Twins, in terms of skill:

i like this guy. i'm not big into dubstep - or dancing - but i can't help but be seriously impressed with what he does. i don't not like dubstep or dancing, but it's a realm of art i'm not exactly intimately familiar with. nonetheless, this guy's clearly dedicated, and has a tasteful approach.

That kind of dancing implies that you know how the songs going to go. You cant anticipate that.

terreror 07-31-2013 06:05 AM

Actually you just snap with fingers to it:)

Mr. Charlie 10-16-2013 08:52 AM

There is only one way to dance to dubstep. And that's however you bloody want to.

Rjinn 10-17-2013 12:50 AM

Um... I think I need drugs now. Preferably intergalactic mushrooms.

yes! thank you!

It's just something that you stand around and listen to.

Very few can actually dance to a dubstep beat the rest just end up looking like idiots.

Gollyard 11-07-2013 01:42 PM

just move your legs and hands like you have some sort of a medical issue and trust me you will be fine... I kid I kid
