Default Electronic music in movie soundtracks

Hello.

I'm looking for some movie soundtracks of the electronic genre. I'd prefer instrumentals but singing is OK. And preferably no slow, calm and boring music (like ambient usually is).

So it would be nice if you could post some soundtracks that you like, with a YouTube or Spotify link or something.

Will always be a fan of Brad Fiedel's Terminator work. T2 has the sort of soundtrack which tells you the story without having to watch the film again.

Not allowed to post links yet, but [HQ] Terminator 2 Soundtrack - OST - Brad Fiedel (complete) on YouTube

Awesome!

Thanks, not bad, man. I like it. Honestly I've never watched that movie though.

The Pi soundtrack is a must-have for anybody into electronic music.

I was about to say that. All-star lineup on that soundtrack.

You want exciting? Well look no further, the Tron Legacy soundtrack by Daft Punk is a delicious dish with a cherry on top.

The Chemical Brothers wrote the score and performed the music for the 2011 spy thriller Hanna. Out of the 20 tracks, only three or four are really outstanding. Most of the tracks sound like Tom and Ed aimlessly noodling about in a studio at 2 a.m. in the morning.

You have give a good listening to the soundtrack to separate the brief pieces of incidental music which have no purpose beyond the context of the film, from superlative tracks that hold their own as all purpose stand-alone songs.

Hanna is one of my guilty pleasures. It's an art house film with the story board that reads like a graphic novel. Hanna features two strong female leads: Cate Blanchett as a ruthless intelligence operative who is pitted against Saoirse Ronan as Hanna, a 16 year old wild child who was raised in the snowy wilds of arctic Finland and trained by father to be the perfect assassin.

One track the Chemical Brothers soundtrack really nails the theme of the movie... Hanna's Theme (Vocal Version) is a perfect fit for this moody and somber tale of international intrigue. I love the Chem Brother's use a glockenspiel on the song intro, even if it was a synthesizer cleverly mimicking the sound of a glockenspiel.

I totally agree Gavin. The movie was great but honestly I expected more from The Chemical Brothers.

Yes, I was disappointed with Hannah. Am checking out Pi now on YT. Never heard of the film, let alone the soundtrack. Love Tron Legacy too btw.

Tangerine Dream nuff said.
Tangerine Dream filmography - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Thief, The Keep, Miracle Mile and Near Dark are especially outstanding.
